We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of established accounts while actively seeking and converting new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across your territory
* Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain your pipeline using Salesforce
* Create and execute sales plans to drive growth and achieve targets
* Identify opportunities to improve processes for both customers and internal teams
* Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
* Promote and uphold safe working practices, contributing to OHS&E initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer service
* Experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is highly regarded
* Strong sales capability, with a track record of managing a territory or customer portfolio
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in MS Office
* Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
* Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
