As we continue to grow our national presence, we're seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Leader – Grocery to lead strategic partnerships with major retailers and grow our brand across shelves nationwide. This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, delivering growth and leading with purpose.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Corporate Sales and leading a team of sales professionals, you'll take ownership of the company's national grocery channel. You will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy with major retail partners such as Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Costco.
1. Lead and grow the company's presence in national grocery channels;
2. Build and execute strategic joint business plans with key retailers;
3. Lead a high-performing sales team and inspire a culture of excellence and collaboration;
4. Negotiate trading terms, pricing and promotional strategy to drive margin and volume;
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to align on forecasts, stock flow and category strategies;
6. Track performance data, identify opportunities and adjust plans to optimise outcomes;
7. Champion brand excellence in retail execution, shelf visibility and customer storytelling;
About You
* Proven experience in a national or senior sales leadership role within FMCG or retail;
* Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of retail trading dynamics;
* Experience leading Joint Business Planning and retail promotional cycles;
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills;
* A track record of delivering revenue, margin and share of shelf growth;
* Leadership capability with experience managing and developing sales teams;
