Electrical Maintenance Manager
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage all electrical maintenance activities across the site processing and non-processing infrastructure.
This includes managing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, optimising resource allocation through scheduling processes. You will be accountable for delivering the Gold Fields work management process and ensuring precise information delivery to support planning, engineering, maintenance, and operational decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Directing safety practices through team engagement and incident management.
* Managing maintenance teams to ensure compliance with energy safety, workplace health and safety, mining regulations, and other regulatory obligations.
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure plant reliability and workplace safety.
* Assuming Superintendent duties when needed, showcasing leadership and adaptability.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Unrestricted WA Electrical License required.
* Demonstrated leadership and operational management experience; formal leadership training valued.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
* Electrical & instrumentation maintenance experience in mineral processing, with gold processing experience valued.
* Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel beneficial.
* High Voltage qualification and training in working at heights, EWP, and confined space preferred.
* LV Rescue and CPR certifications are desirable.
* Extensive knowledge of process technologies and equipment; familiarity with DCS/PLC. Yokogawa DCS experience valued.
