Our client is a leading scientific and engineering-based organisation undertaking a major Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) transformation program. As Change Manager, you will report to the IT Portfolio Change Lead and play a key role in leading the change journey for the GRC Project. You’ll work closely with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure business readiness, adoption, and smooth transition to new ways of working. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and practical change management expertise in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management plans aligned with the GRC Project strategy.
- Partner with the Project Manager to drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and working groups.
- Build and support a network of SMEs and Change Agents to champion change across the organisation.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering in collaboration with analysts and technical specialists.
- Assess change impacts and develop targeted interventions for different stakeholder groups.
- Deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to support adoption of the current GRC solution.
- Provide change reporting, track adoption metrics, and support transition to BAU post go-live.
About You
You are an experienced Change Manager with a track record of delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives, ideally within regulated, technical, or engineering-driven industries. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and are confident engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Skills and Experience
- 5–7 years’ experience in Change Management, ideally in medium to large enterprises.
- Experience supporting business transformation via SaaS enterprise applications (GRC, ERP, HRMS, CRM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and practical application.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to tailor messages across groups.
- Experience designing and delivering training and adoption programs.
- Familiarity with digital adoption tools is highly regarded.
- Background in manufacturing or engineering environments (desirable, not essential).
