Job Summary
Must be a California resident and remain a California resident while employed.
This position is Remote; however, it will require occasional in‐person attendance in Southern and/or Northern California, approximately, but not limited to 2–4 multi‐day events a year.
The Instructional Assistant (Online Independent Study / Adult Students) is responsible for providing academic, and/or community‐based instruction to students according to the prescribed directions of the credentialed teacher; monitoring and recording student progress; and relieving the teacher of routine record‐keeping and clerical assistant duties. The Instructional Assistant may help students in general or special education classes.
This is a full‐time position. Employees must be available to take work‐related calls and attend meetings as needed with minimum disruption, Monday‐Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
