Join our expanding team as a Mobile Plant Operator at our new facility based in Hemmant. We are seeking dedicated team players with excavator and loader licenses and experience to enhance our plant feed rates and assist in the pre-sorting of incoming materials.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Adhere to all safety operating procedures at all times.
- Perform daily care for machinery, including greasing at the end of each shift and completing pre-inspections before operations commence.
- Identify and report risks, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Promote a safety culture aligned with ResourceCo’s Think, Act, Be Secure philosophy.
About you:
- Excavator and/or loader license.
- Experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are welcomed and valued.
