The Role
This is a hands-on design role with real ownership. You'll collaborate closely with researchers, product owners and developers to deliver high-quality, accessible and user-centred solutions from concept through to delivery.
What you'll be doing:
* Design wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity experiences
* Translate research insights into practical, intuitive design solutions
* Lead usability testing and iterate based on evidence and feedback
* Work within and evolve design systems and component libraries (Figma)
* Prepare clear documentation for seamless developer handover
* Present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders
Your Profile
* 3+ years' UX design experience
* Strong end-to-end product design capability (discovery → delivery)
* Advanced Figma skills across prototypes and design systems
* Deep understanding of WCAG and inclusive design principles
* Experience working in cross-functional product teams
* Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and manage competing priorities
* Bonus: Experience in education, learning design or taking products from early concept to market-ready delivery.
