You'll work independently in the field while being fully supported by our experienced service and technical teams.**Key Responsibilities*** Respond to breakdown calls and perform scheduled preventative maintenance* Commission air‐conditioning and HVAC equipment on customer sites* Diagnose faults and troubleshoot system performance issues* Carry out overhauls and repairs on reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems* Handle customer technical queries and complaints with professionalism* Document service activities and submit detailed service reports* Build strong, long‐term customer relationships through clear communication* Train and advise customers on system operation and best practices* Recommend system upgrades, enhancements, or replacements where appropriate* Prepare basic pricing and customer quotations as required**About You*** Minimum 2 years' experience as an HVAC or Service Technician* Relevant trade qualification (Refrigeration / Electrical / Mechanical)* Hands‐on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and fault finding* Exposure to Building Automation Systems (BAS) highly regarded* Ability to read schematics and produce clear technical reports* Strong communication skills and customer‐focused mindset* Willingness to travel within the local region as required**Bonus Benefits****YORK OEM Advantage**.
