With decades of industry experience, this business delivers projects across education, health, community, heritage and government sectors — often within live, operational environments requiring careful planning and execution.
Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Victorian team.
The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard, working closely with an experienced Project Manager and site team.
Projects typically include:
* Education & institutional builds
* Healthcare & community facilities
* Government and civic projects
* Heritage upgrades & refurbishments
* New build commercial developments
Key responsibilities
* Day-to-day site coordination and supervision
* Managing trades, subcontractors and site logistics
* Driving programme and sequencing of works
* Ensuring OH&S compliance and site safety standards
* Quality assurance and defect management
* Working within live environments with minimal disruption
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
* Fit out experience preferred
* Experience working on complex or live environment projects highly regarded
* Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades effectively
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ideally based in Melbourne's south-east suburbs
