B&E Services QLD Pty Ltd is a subsidiary under the conglomerate of B&E Groups (BE Foods), which is an Australian food processor and wide distributor of foods and groceries supplies. We are now looking for a full-time Production Manager with position details are as follows:
Position: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Sunshine Coast
Roles and Duties:
* Demand Forecasting and Inventory Optimization by analyzing historical sales data and seasonal food trends to predict demand volumes, ensuring optimal stock levels of perishable raw ingredients and finished goods while minimizing waste.
* Production and Procurement Alignment through collaboration with the Production Manager to synchronize ingredient delivery schedules with manufacturing cycles, ensuring the supply chain supports continuous factory operation without over-stocking.
* In-House Logistics Performance Analysis to monitor and report on the efficiency of the internal transport team, tracking Key Performance Indicators such as vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, delivery lead times, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) rates.
* Supply Chain Cost Management by identifying and investigating cost-saving opportunities within the end-to-end supply chain, from negotiating wholesale supplier contracts to optimizing delivery routes for the internal fleet.
* Quality and Compliance Monitoring to maintain rigorous tracking of cold-chain integrity and supplier compliance, ensuring all logistics and storage processes adhere to food safety standards and HACCP regulations.
* Data-Driven Process Improvement using ERP and logistics software to map supply chain workflows, identifying bottlenecks in the wholesale distribution process and proposing automated or leaner solutions.
* Supplier and Vendor Relationship Management through the evaluation of suppliers and third-party vendors based on quality, reliability, and price, conducting regular audits to ensure alignment with company standards.
* Reporting and Strategic Insight to prepare comprehensive monthly reports on supply chain health, providing the executive team with actionable insights regarding margin fluctuations, logistics overheads, and inventory turnover.
* Warehouse and Distribution Coordination by liaising with the warehouse team to streamline the flow of goods from the production line to the loading docks, ensuring the internal logistics team has clear visibility of daily dispatch priorities.
Requirements:
The Candidate needs to possess:
* Qualification: at least bachelor degree in business administration with subject on supply chain management.
* Hands-on work experience of working as supply chain analyst within the food supply industry.
* The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, attention to details in production process, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Expected Annual Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 plus super
