You will partner with senior management and the leadership team to power the commercial performance of our Frame & Truss business within the Hardware Own Network based in Wangaratta.
Your Role
This is not an ordinary finance role; you will be embedded in the business, acting as a trusted advisor to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Guidance
o Partner with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business goals.
o Support scenario planning and help close budget gaps through effective analysis and recommendations.
* Costing & Commercial Analysis
o Maintain accurate costing models and track variances to ensure we stay on top of our finances.
o Deliver insights on pricing, margins, investments, and growth opportunities to inform our business decisions.
* Forecasting & Budgeting
o Lead the budgeting and forecasting process with clear assumptions and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
o Provide proactive risk and opportunity reporting to support informed decision-making.
* Month-End & Reporting
o Deliver meaningful performance insights and KPI tracking to measure our progress against our goals.
o Ensure compliance with audit and financial control standards to maintain the highest level of integrity.
* Risk Mitigation & Audit Compliance
o Identify critical risks and provide actionable insights to support mitigation efforts.
o Maintain adherence to corporate financial policies to ensure consistency and best practices.
Your Profile
* You hold a CA or CPA qualification with strong commercial and operational understanding.
* You possess deep financial literacy, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive business success.
* You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
* You have proven leadership experience with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive innovation.
* You are a self-starter with the ability to both lead and collaborate to achieve business objectives.
