About the Role
This is a Clinical Marketing Manager position where you will work with advanced technologies like navigation and robotics to drive clinical education and strategic initiatives. You will develop and deliver programs that encourage product adoption and awareness, positioning innovative solutions as essential tools for improving surgical care.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with leading surgeons and healthcare leaders to improve surgical precision and enhance patient outcomes. You will also play a vital role in shaping the future of medicine with precision and innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
Clinical Marketing & Education:
* Plan and deliver workshops and hands-on training for surgical technologies.
* Create educational materials, from presentations to case studies, to empower healthcare professionals.
* Support product launches with tailored training and resources.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
* Analyse trends and sales data to craft impactful marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and optimize key account management.
KOL Engagement:
* Partner with leading surgeons to promote product adoption and innovation.
* Support clinical research, publications, and industry events with influential healthcare professionals.
Project & Event Management:
* Lead workshops, conferences, and product launches with precision and creativity.
* Assess the impact of initiatives to continually refine strategies and outcomes.
Sales & Customer Support:
* Work closely with sales teams to enhance training programs and develop account strategies.
* Provide insights to improve sales tools and marketing materials.
What You Bring:
* Established connections with spine surgeons, enhancing collaboration and product adoption.
* At least 5 years in clinical marketing, medical device sales, or healthcare education.
* Knowledge of surgical workflows, technologies, and engagement with orthopaedic and spine specialists.
* Effective communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
* Willingness to travel frequently across Australia and New Zealand.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Clinical background (e.g., physiotherapist, nurse, or clinical application specialist).
* Academic credentials in business, marketing, or healthcare.
* Familiarity with regulatory standards for medical device marketing.
