About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and hands‐on IT Site Lead to join our IT & Security team. This role is responsible for leading the day‐to‐day IT operations for a large office environment while providing onsite and remote support to employees across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
You'll act as the primary escalation point for onsite IT support, oversee local IT operations, and help drive a high‐performing support culture within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead day-to-day IT operations for a busy corporate office
* Manage and support onsite IT Support Technicians
* Provide Level 2/3 technical support across hardware, software, AV, networking, and peripherals
* Act as the key escalation point for complex IT issues
* Oversee meeting room and AV technology support
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
* Support office technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure smooth onboarding, device management, and user support experiences
* Contribute to operational standards, documentation, and best practices
* Participate in an after‐hours support roster when required
About You
You're a proactive IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences. You enjoy mentoring others, solving problems, and working closely with both technical and non‐technical teams.
You'll Bring
* Previous experience in an IT support leadership or senior desktop support role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT environments
* Experience supporting AV systems, networking, desktops, and end‐user devices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced and evolving environment
* Experience mentoring or managing support team members is highly regarded
