About the Position
We require an Administrative Assistant to join our Internal Sales and Management team.
Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, duties will include:
* Telephone and front desk customer assistance
* Assisting in the maintenance and management of our file servers
* Assisting the Management with Import / Export paperwork, Freight Tracking and management
Successful Candidates will have:
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Good Presentation
* Computer Skills
* High degree of organisational ability
