About the Role The Administrative Officer will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing timely support to the Principal and Business Manager. This role involves a variety of administrative and support services to ensure smooth school operations. Key responsibilities include: * Performing day-to-day administrative and support services, including reception duties, correspondence, and general administration. * Maintaining school records such as incident reports, student admissions, enrolments, and departures. * Administering financial matters, including processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing financial data in OneSchool. * Assisting with organising school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities. * Preparing minutes, reports, newsletters, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy. This role would suit a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic school environment. About You The following traits would be beneficial: * Commitment to providing excellent service in reception management and telephone enquiries. * High-level proficiency in word processing applications, including Word, Excel, and Canva. * Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in correspondence, data entry, and school publications. * Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism to foster positive interactions with stakeholders. * Experience or willingness to develop skills in content creation, InDesign, and data dashboard maintenance. Experience with OneSchool is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
