Contract Site Engineer | $150M Residential Development | Newcastle A well-regarded builder is looking for a Contract Site Engineer to join a major $150M residential development in Newcastle, supporting site delivery through a key stage of the project. This is a 12–15 month contract with strong potential to go permanent for the right person. Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities across key trades Manage subcontractor interfaces and assist with programme delivery Support QA, inspections, ITPs and site documentation Assist with RFIs, site reporting and technical coordination Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Site Engineer on commercial or residential construction projects Exposure to mid to high-rise residential projects highly regarded Strong understanding of site coordination, quality and programme management Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced delivery environment Immediate or short notice availability preferred The Opportunity: 12–15 month contract with long runway of work Landmark $150M residential development Strong potential to transition permanent Excellent day rate on offer Newcastle based project with an established delivery team Interested?
