About the role
Support three fun-loving participants in Kingscote to achieve their NDIS goals and live independently. Provide person-centred active support while building strong, positive relationships. Report to the House Supervisor and collaborate with the CLO support team.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* NDIS Worker Screening
* Working with Children Check
* Current driver's licence
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support participants to achieve NDIS goals and live independently
* Assist with daily living skills, communication and community participation
* Foster inclusion through community activities and social connections
* Provide person-centred support that respects dignity, choice and independence
* Maintain accurate documentation for quality outcomes
* Facilitate meaningful activities like arts, crafts, gardening and outdoor adventures
* Attend community events, sports games and local outings
* Collaborate with team to create a safe, supportive environment
