What We're Looking For:
* At least 1 year of retail management experience
* Knowledge of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
* A natural-born leader who can inspire and motivate the team
* Passion for fashion and attention to detail
* Leadership, motivation, and aspirational attributes
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks, and expectations
* A love for the Glue brand and culture
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities include:
* Lead by example and set management expectations
* Problem solve and provide solutions
* Assist with roster management
* Train, mentor, and coach team members towards goals and succession planning
* Manage the team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Proactively manage loss prevention
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure creative visions are executed
