Key Responsibilities
Leading broker performance, accountability, and KPIs
Driving consistent lodgements and settlements
Coaching, developing, and holding brokers accountable
Managing sales processes, CRM utilisation, lead allocation, and database engagement
Working with marketing and operations to drive growth
Managing referral partner relationships and supporting broker business development
Acting as an escalation point for complex deals
Maintaining strong lender and BDM relationships
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in senior sales, broker management, or distribution leadership within mortgage broking
Strong understanding of broker KPIs, sales metrics, and performance frameworks
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. MyCRM, HubSpot, or Quickli)
Ability to coach, influence, and hold brokers accountable
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sustainable growth and stakeholder management
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (preferred)
Australian Credit Licence or Authorised Credit Representative status, or ability to obtain
