SunPeople Solar is a local solar and battery installation company seeking a motivated Business Administration Trainee to complete a Certificate III in Business while gaining hands-on experience in our Barrack Heights office.
About the Role
This role supports our office team and customers, managing customer requests, coordinating installation and service work, plus assisting with day-to-day office administration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide administrative support to the office team
* Respond to customer enquiries and service requests
* Manage warranty claims and after-sales support
* Coordinating with installers and trades
* Maintain CRM records and digital files
* General administration from start to completion
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communication with customers and team members
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
