**Contracts and Operations Manager** to join our team in the South East.
Utilising your demonstrated success in a similar role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, strengthening our existing relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
To be successful, you will have a management background in a horticulture related field and leadership skills to effectively manage our Grounds Maintenance contracts. You will ensure our grounds services teams operate efficiently and deliver high quality outcomes for our clients.
Day to day you will experience a variety of challenges and responsibilities across:
- **Staff Management** - Leading, mentoring and coaching the grounds, garden and turf maintenance team to improve performance and knowledge;
- **Contract Management** - Managing contractual obligations, ensuring delivery of quality and high standards, effective planning and management of budgets and resource allocation; and
- **Systems and Administration** - Reporting monthly to clients and internal stakeholders, using a number of IT programs and business systems effectively.
