Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allied Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our employment services, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and facilitating groups to support job seekers with disabilities and barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates with disabilities and barriers to employment
* Offer counselling interventions using various psychological methodologies
* Refer candidates to external support services to address barriers
* Evaluate assessments and monitor case progress
* Coordinate with medical professionals and community agencies on behalf of candidates
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology with eligibility for registration with APHRA or relevant tertiary qualifications in Counselling with eligibility for membership with ACA / PACFA. Experience in employment services is highly regarded but not essential.
