MJT Group Facility Services is a strata & commercial cleaning, gardening, and maintenance provider. We are actively seeking a motivated and organised Office Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a **part-time** position that will provide essential administrative support within our growing organisation.
**Tasks you are required to fulfil include, but are not limited to**:
- Performing a range of general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document processing;
- Supporting the planning and organisation of meetings and appointments;
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of office systems and procedures;
- Keeping good customer relations;
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Good telephone manner and people skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing situations;
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail Workspace, and Google Drive;
- High attention to detail and good administrative skills;
- Good time management;
- The ability to work independently and as part of our team;
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
