A well-established civil construction business is seeking an experienced Systems & Finance Specialist to support the stabilisation, governance and optimisation of its core business systems following a recent ERP implementation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments and can quickly identify issues, protect critical reporting cycles, and improve system confidence across finance and operations. Key Responsibilities: Stabilising business systems post go-live, ensuring data integrity, controls and reporting accuracy Supporting month-end processes and protecting critical finance outcomes Assisting with system testing, UAT, defect triage and issue resolution Supporting data migration activities including mapping, cleansing and reconciliation Reviewing system configuration, user access, roles and controls Mapping current and future-state processes and driving standardisation Identifying and implementing system and process improvements Acting as a key escalation point with external system vendors and consultants Supporting change management, adoption and user confidence across the business Assigning access to stakeholders About You: Proven experience supporting or stabilising ERP or core business systems You’re a systems-savvy professional with a strong understanding of finance and construction environments.
