We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team as an Audio Visual Systems Specialist. This role involves hands-on work with servicing, maintaining, and supporting technology systems for clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Carrying out service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems
* Providing support and solutions to clients onsite and remotely
* Installing, configuring, and testing equipment for smooth operation
* Assisting with fault finding and repairs on various systems
* Maintaining service records and completing reports as required
* Collaborating with the technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Essential Requirements
* Hands-on technical or service background (AV, IT, electrical, communications, or similar)
* Practical knowledge of AV systems (displays, projectors, control systems, video conferencing, audio setups) - highly desirable
* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
