As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing exceptional service. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

* Process cash sales, quotes, and orders efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
* Experience in customer service and/or sales administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems is highly regarded.
