Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare accurate reports with photographic evidence for insurers
* Prepare scopes of work aligned with building codes and insurer policies
* Distinguish between new and existing damage in reports
* Maintain regular updates with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure projects comply with WHS standards and industry regulations
Requirements
* Relevant trade qualification in Roofing
* 5+ years' experience in roofing repairs, installations, and inspections
* Strong WHS compliance knowledge and safe roof access skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
