Brigette Ellis Team Manager – Transport Planning (NSW)

The Sydney Transport Modelling team is in a strong position, with a growing pipeline of work across major transport programs. We're looking for a Transport Modeller to join the team and play a key role in supporting this continued momentum.
Responsibilities
* Minimum of 4 years' experience as a transport modeller.
* Experience in delivering operational modelling such as microsimulation and mesoscopic modelling for technically challenging projects.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analysis skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualifications
* Recognised tertiary qualifications in engineering, transport, mathematics, economics, geography, computer science, statistics, physics or equivalent discipline.
* Experience in one or more operational modelling platforms such as VISSIM, VisVAP, Aimsun, SIDRA.
* Experience in using and developing scripts and macros in these packages.
* Programming experience in Python, SQL, Visual Basic.
* Experience in applying GIS techniques to transport modelling outputs and analysis.
