About the Role
Our Loddon Mallee Home Care program supports older people to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. We deliver personalised aged care services to clients in Swan Hill and surrounding communities — and we're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Organiser to join our team.

As a key contact for clients receiving in-home services, the Care Organiser plays a vital role in coordinating day-to-day service delivery. This includes managing client financial information and ensuring all administrative and reporting requirements are met in line with Uniting AgeWell and government standards.
You'll work closely with Care Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service, accurate financial processing, and seamless care coordination.
Key responsibilities may include:
* Providing helpful, responsive service to clients, visitors, and staff
* Communicating with empathy and clarity to understand client and family needs
* Managing client financial information accurately and efficiently
* Overseeing finance systems, including budgeting, invoicing, record-keeping, document control, accounts processing, and monthly reporting
* Ensuring compliance with financial and administrative program requirements
* Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
