King Truss is an Independent, Family owned and operated Frame and Truss & Building Supplies business based on the Sunshine Coast.
With our own Frame and Truss manufacturing facility on-site and our wide range of timber, building supplies & hardware products we strive to be South-East Queensland’s leading Building Supplies Store.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking to add an additional Sales Representative to our team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, hardworking, mature and motivated person who takes pride in their work and achievements, driven to deliver through excellence in customer service, while having strong product knowledge and having a “hands-on” attitude with an overall passion for the building and construction industry.
Based at our Caloundra site, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of our network of builders & contractors throughout South-East Queensland, while continuing to develop new product opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service through excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
* Previous sales experience in the Building & Construction Industry with strong product knowledge of timber, building supplies & Timber Frame and Truss.
* Strong Leadership attributes to deliver effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, forecast & grow using innovative ideas
* Skilled in negotiation techniques and the ability to manage customer contracts, to achieve set KPI’s and Sales targets
* The ability to both work autonomously, while proactively contributing to a team environment
* Proactive in managing customer expectations, queries and providing timely responses
* Trade or Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Commerce is advantageous but not essential
* Current valid driver’s license
