**The Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to support both our Prescription and Consumer Healthcare teams on a full-time permanent basis.
The purpose of this newly created position is to provide day to day marketing administrative support to both the Consumer Healthcare and Prescription marketing teams. There will also be the opportunity to participate or lead ad-hoc marketing projects as required.

- Key accountabilities include: _
- Ongoing marketing support including the distribution of promotional materials
- Co-ordination of product testing and product sampling programs, marketing events and workshops
- Ongoing support for marketing projects including omnichannel initiatives
- Coordination of internal and external meetings and training sessions along with sales conferences, forums and PR events
- Managing the end-to-end purchase order process
- Supporting the Field Force with sales activations and distribution of materials
- Ongoing general administrative support including travel arrangements and expenses
- This position offers scope to develop and grow in the role for the right person. Future career prospects could include Brand or Product Management positions._
**About You**
You will ideally possess 2-3 years' administrative experience in a similar role. Alternatively this role would also suit a recent marketing graduate seeking to kick start their career within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Other key requirements for this role include: _
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business
- The ability to be flexible and multitask focused within a fast paced and dynamic environment
- An organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Expertise and ability across MS Office (Veeva and SAP experience desirable but not essential).
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, science or a related field would be highly desirable.
