Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each customer including customer interaction, presentation of the bar menu and assessing customer needs, and making suggestions
- Maintain high levels of communication across all functions of the restaurant, particularly with wait staff in regard to customer orders
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with our company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in our company manual to keep th bar consistent
- Knowledge and preparation of an array of cocktails and mocktails
- Replenish stock and maintain the organisation of the bar area
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times

Qualifications and skills:
- Team players with good communication skills
- Well presented
- A positive attitude and great organisational skills
- You MUST hold an RSA licence
- Have a can-do attitude
- Be diverse
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
