Project Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing procurement and supply chain activities across the entire project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have strong project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a solid understanding of operational procurement processes and supply chain best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage Purchase Orders as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications and procurement requirements.
* Manage supply chain timelines by tracking purchase orders, coordinating supplier activities, and proactively mitigating delays.
* Monitor supplier performance and escalate risks or deviations from project plans.
* Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, logistics, finance, and quality teams to maintain project alignment.
* Support project reporting by maintaining accurate procurement documentation and contributing to progress updates.
* Coordinate logistics and documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee project-specific inventory movements, including stock reservations and transfers, to support timely execution.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within machinery, engineering, or industrial manufacturing sectors. Experience in project-based environments or ETO models is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Familiarity with international trade compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for procurement tracking, reporting, and data management.

You will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within machinery, engineering, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
* Experience in project-based environments or ETO models is highly desirable.
