Job Summary
The Learning Experience Specialist identifies and addresses knowledge gaps within the Project Team, ensuring that employees can grow professionally and enhance organisational capability.
* Develops e-Learning content in partnership with a subject matter expert through all stages of the design process, including conceptualisation, development, and implementation.
* Crafts engaging multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and videos to support learning objectives.
* Troubleshoots technical issues during and after the production process to ensure smooth delivery.
* Conducts quality assurance testing on all training materials created, including loading, testing, and evaluating programs in the Learning Management System.
* Stays up to date with the latest instructional design methods, theories, and technologies to inform practice.
* Facilitates learning sessions on a variety of topics both virtually and in person across the organisation.
* Utilises multiple facilitation techniques to engage course participants and promote active learning.
* Makes minor adjustments to the learning design to accommodate regional training needs.
* Provides input and recommendations to support the design of future courses.
* May deliver one-to-one coaching for leaders and individuals to support their professional growth.
