You will be working closely with the onsite Facility Manager and Clinical team members to drive improvement initiatives and enhance quality at our home.
Job Description
This role is within a small, standalone Not-for-Profit organisation with a flat structure. As such, you will oversee the entire Quality and Risk portfolio in the facility, including auditing, compliance for accreditation, creating and reviewing policies and procedures etc.

The Requirements
* CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA AS A DIV 1
* Experience in quality and continuous improvement within aged care
* Working knowledge of the new Accreditation Standards
* Experience in writing and reviewing policies and procedures
* CURRENT POLICE CERTIFICATE, COVID, AND FLU VACCINATIONS
