Conditions for Success
- Minimum 7+Years PQE Employment Law - Litigation and Advisory
- Experience in defendant insurance law cases are highly regarded.
- Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
- Adept commercial acumen, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors
- Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily.
- Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases.
Your Responsibilities
- Take on a mix of Advisory and Litigious Employment Law cases including but not limited to: Workplace Relations, Employment Contracts, Enterprise Agreements, Discrimination & Unfair Dismissal Claims, and more.
- Minimum 7 billable hours per day
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
