* Starting early February 2026, the position offers 6.25 hours per week (day negotiable, preferably Wednesdays) over 40 weeks of the year (school term weeks only).

About you
You are compassionate, proactive, and thrive in a close-knit community, passionate about supporting students' spiritual, emotional, and social wellbeing. We're looking for someone who connects easily with people, builds trust, and brings faith into everyday moments. We are looking for someone who:
* Is suitably qualified or holds a qualification equivalent to or higher than a Cert IV, which must include competencies in: Mental health and making appropriate referrals, and o Providing pastoral care, and/ or working with youth.
* Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
* Has an outstanding attention to detail.
* Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Holds the required checks and training as outlined in the Job and Person Specification (or is willing to complete these prior to commencing).
