The Role
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term parental leave contract, based on site at our Truganina corporate office, with an immediate start available.
This is a busy, hands‑on recruitment role where you will manage end‑to‑end hiring across a variety of salaried and blue‑collar roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver practical recruitment solutions that support the business.
Reporting to the Talent & Retention Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring positions are filled with the right people while maintaining a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment process.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a mix of corporate and operational roles
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
* Manage advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offer processes
* Coordinate vetting including police checks, medicals and reference checks
* Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
* Support hiring managers with best‑practice recruitment advice
* Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders
About You
You are a confident recruiter who enjoys working in a fast‑moving environment and partnering with managers to deliver great hiring outcomes.
You bring strong judgement, excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.
Experience And Capability
* 3+ years recruitment experience across salaried and blue‑collar roles
* Strong experience writing job ads and managing recruitment campaigns
* Confident conducting role briefings and partnering with hiring managers
* Experience managing high‑volume recruitment activity
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
