Site Supervisor – Tier 2 Builder - Data Centre

A respected Tier 2 construction company with a strong footprint across Sydney is expanding its delivery team. Known for delivering high‐quality projects in aged care, education, healthcare and data centre projects, the business continues to secure long‐term work across the region. With a major data centre project commencing in Western Sydney, the company is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its growing team.
Your new role
You'll take ownership of day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Your primary focus will be structural delivery and driving programs from early works through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising trades, subcontractors and site activities
* Maintaining safety, quality and compliance standards
* Coordinating structural works and ensuring program milestones are met
* Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering teams
* Managing site documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication
* Supporting delivery across aged care, education, healthcare and data centre projects
* Participating in a rotating roster of two Saturdays per month
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction
* Strong structural expertise with a track record of delivering projects from start to finish
* Experience across aged care, education, healthcare or data centre builds (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication, leadership and subcontractor management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach and commitment to safety
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative project team
