The Future Students and International Engagement Division plays a central role in advancing UOW's global presence and strengthening its international partnerships. As part of the DVC‑G portfolio, the division supports a vibrant and diverse student community drawn from more than 130 countries and contributes to UOW's extensive global footprint, which includes campuses in Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and multiple metropolitan and regional locations across Australia. With a strong commitment to delivering world‑class, internationally oriented learning experiences, the division works collaboratively across the University to ensure high‑quality engagement, service delivery and outcomes for students, partners and communities.
The TNE Operations Officer provides essential operational and administrative support for UOW's transnational education (TNE) partnerships, including collaborative agreements, global campuses and twinning arrangements. This role supports academics, program delivery, student lifecycle operations, invoicing, quality assurance and compliance activities across assigned partnerships and faculties. The position is responsible for coordinating stakeholder communication, supporting quality assurance processes, contributing to systems and process improvements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of TNE‑related services. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and offshore partner staff. For one of the available positions, proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential.
