Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our current diesel technicians, allocating jobs, developing work instructions, and preparing information for quotes and repairs.
About You
* You should have at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in maintenance, service, and repair of heavy vehicles and trucks.
* Experience with Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, mtu, Detroit, and Allison Transmission products is ideal, but we offer OEM training.
* You should have leadership and mentoring skills, effective communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
* You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible to pick up overtime when required.
