Finance Officer | Carrington | $80,000 plus super

The Role:
This is a hands-on, varied finance support role where your organisational skills and eye for detail will make a noticeable impact every day. You’ll be the steady pair of hands behind the scenes, keeping things moving across finance and administration. Expect plenty of variety, problem-solving, and opportunities to step in and add value. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
- Supporting inventory management and stock control
- Generating client invoices and helping with weekly forecasting and month-end
- Preparing ad hoc reports and operational KPIs
- Providing admin support across several business units
- Accurate data entry and document management
- Working closely with line managers and the wider team to meet client needs
The Candidate:

You’ll bring:
- Experience in AP, AR or Payroll (a mix is even better)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn systems quickly
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUPs a plus)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Great attention to detail and solid time management
- Confident communication and a calm, steady approach
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team-first mindset
