About the role
As the Product Manager for Planting & Seeding, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, performance, and growth of OneAg's planting and seeding product lines, including advanced guidance, implement control, automation, and Precision Planting technologies.
This is a national position, requiring extensive travel to OneAg branches, grower sites, supplier locations, field days, and industry events.
We are accepting applicants based in QLD, NSW, and VIC.
Typical duties will include:
* Own the product strategy, lifecycle, and commercial performance of the planting & seeding portfolio
* Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support across OneAg's national network
* Build strong relationships with growers, dealers, suppliers, and technology partners
* Conduct field visits, customer trials, and market analysis to identify new opportunities
* Support product training, demonstrations, marketing content, and technical documentation
* Lead new product introductions across guidance, automation, application control, and Precision Planting technologies
* Represent OneAg at national industry events, demonstration days, and partner activities
About you
You'll bring:
* Experience in product management, agricultural technology, machinery, agronomy, or a similar field
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A passion for ag tech, automation, and precision farming solutions
* The ability to manage a national portfolio, often working independently while travelling
* Commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into product and market strategies
