Base Criteria Trade qualified Electrician with 5 years Project Management experience on New Build and Refurbishment projects within commercial / defence or education premises. Outline Duties Support and manage the efficient and effective delivery of Electrical projects across a large diverse range of clients and portfolio’s, providing key operational planning and direction. Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent New Build and Refurbishment projects a diverse portfolio in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance and Industry Best Practice. Skills and Attributes 5 years Project Management experience within an organisation delivering Minor and Capital Works to multiple Commercial, Education and Government premises. Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and sub-contract staff undertaking Construction and Refurbishment works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, and Data / Communications. You will have excellent Project Management skills, able to mage the full PMO function from costing, pricing and bidding on projects to mobilisation and ongoing support and progress updates.
