We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Production Support Officer (Cabinetry) to provide administrative and coordination support to our kitchen cabinet manufacturing team.
This is a part-time, weekday role with consistent hours, ideal for someone looking to work school-friendly hours while staying engaged in a fast-paced production environment. The role is office-based and embedded within production, supporting cabinetry jobs from order through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, maintain, and update cabinetry job files from order through to completion
* Prepare and manage electronic job files for cabinet production and machine programming
* Enter and update job details, materials, schedules, and workflow data in internal systems
* Liaise with the Production Manager and supervisors to support cabinetry production requirements
* Track supplier orders, materials, and lead times for cabinet manufacturing
* Identify and escalate delays, discrepancies, or production issues
* Assist with scheduling cabinet production, cutting, and delivery activities
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all active cabinetry jobs
* Provide clear, professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders
* Perform general administrative tasks to support production efficiency
About You
* Experience in administration, production support, or office coordination
* Experience in cabinetry, joinery, manufacturing, or construction environments is highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident with data entry and managing job documentation
* Able to manage multiple priorities within a production environment
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Comfortable working independently within a structured role
