The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're appointing a Principal Civil Engineer / Office Manager to lead, grow, and shape the Gold Coast presence.

You'll own delivery outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing team around you.
What You'll Be Known For
* Leading civil infrastructure projects including roads, stormwater/drainage, bulk earthworks, and civil design support
* Owning performance across time, cost, quality, risk, and client outcomes
* Mentoring, uplifting capability, and creating a culture of accountability
* Growing the local pipeline through relationships, visibility, and reputation
This is not a "sales role" but you do need to enjoy business development through connection, trust, and market presence.
What You'll Bring
* 15–20+ years in civil engineering consulting
* Experience at Senior / Associate / Principal level
* RPEQ (non-negotiable)
* Strong commercial and delivery discipline (fees, forecasting, resourcing, variations)
* Confidence engaging with clients, councils, and approval authorities
* A strong local network - you're a connector who naturally builds relationships and opportunity
