WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home
* Medication administration and management
* Monitor and document patient condition
* Perform treatments as ordered by the physician
* Educate and support family members
* Work closely with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing support
WHAT YOU NEED
* Active MO RN or LPN license (or Compact License)
* Strong assessment and communication skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
