**THE CLIENT**
Our Client is a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Agency, known for providing end-to-end property solutions as well as having a commitment to delivering first-class service to all of their valued clients in prime locations. Situated in the South East, our Client values support and collaboration.
**THE ROLE**:
- Manage CPI increases and fixed monthly increases to liaise with the Property Management team
- Data entry of rent increases and produce letters for landlords and tenants
- Liaise with the council and water authority to advise management
- Ensure Landlord building insurance has been obtained and charged
- Entering incoming tenant adjustments for new management
- Preparing final accounts and adjustments
- Receipting of sales deposits and processing accounts sales
- End of month
- Bank reconciliation and receipting
- Bond lodgements and bond recall
- Processing landlord payments/statements
- Issuing tenant tax invoices
- Answer queries from landlords and tenants
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- Experience working in Residential or Commercial Property
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Living in the South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
- Prior experience working with accounts
