The Role We’re seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to service and maintain solar and battery systems across residential and commercial sites throughout Greater Sydney. You’ll play a key role in ensuring existing installations continue to perform safely and efficiently while representing 1Komma5°’s high standards of quality and customer care. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on electricial systems. Conduct performance testing, inspections and compliance checks. Identify and resolve electrical and system issues efficiently. Provide excellent communication and customer service on-site. Support continuous improvement in service processes and safety practices. What You’ll Need Current Electrical Licence. Solar & Battery experience (not essential, but highly regarded) Working at Heights certificate. Current Driver’s Licence. Strong diagnostic skills, reliability, and a commitment to safety. What’s on Offer Competitive salary package — on-target earnings between $100k - $130K (based on experience).
