Food Operations Manager
Diver's Tavern is a progressive dining venue located at Cable Beach in Broome, WA, offering family-friendly entertainment and hospitality services.
We seek an experienced Food Operations Manager to oversee food service coordination in our venue.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meals with the kitchen staff team.
* Ensure quality control compliance.
* Support product inventory management, storage, and deliveries.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development and implementation.
* Foster a safe working environment by adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Maintain consistently high standards of food delivery.
Requirements:
* A relevant industry qualification and/or at least 1 year of experience in food operations management.
* The ability to work days, nights, weekends & public holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene standards.
* A mature, responsible, and proactive attitude.
* Current Food Safety Handling Certificate.
* Proven experience as a Food Operations Manager in a hotel/pub setting.
* Culinary innovation and proficiency in different cooking techniques.
